Standard terms and conditions and the Use

  1. These are General Terms and Conditions which explain the business and legal relations between the Service Provider,B2C Platform which it is powered by a registered company Khopuleng Pty Ltd , company registration number 2018/219436/07. The service provider B2C Platform and its domain www.b2cplatform.online  (as the “Website”) and all copyright and related rights associated with the name and brand owns by the service provider.
  2. Any requests brought forward with contract is concluded in writing, or any arises from clients and the Provider accepts such request on the provider's website or e-mail or telephone to provide a service consignment under the conditions as specified by the client. The Provider reserves the right to provide such services requested by the client.
  3. The client entrusts the provider to provide such service with the valued carrier or company partnered with, which fulfills all the conditions when providing such service. The service is completed by the provider in its own name on behalf of the client but the provider does not carry out some of the transportation of such services requested by the client. The provider may refer service requested by the client to the transport Services where required ("the courier agent") - with the necessary care that suits the client's needs or interests . The provider shall not be liable for the performance of the procured package transported by the valued carrier or partner company, selected by the provider, is responsible for accepting, transporting and delivering the package.
  4. All contractual relations between the provider and the client are concluded in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa
  5. Package parameters and transportation conditions are governed by the Terms and Conditions of the selected valued partnered carrier or transportation agent or company. Complaints are governed solely by the such agents and complaints procedure, in which the alleged damage event occurred.

  6. The Terms and Conditions of the provider or the selected courier agent or the transportation agent  are attached to the client and become part of the provider's Terms and Conditions. The Client agrees with them by confirming the order.
  7. Client is responsible to familiarize himself / herself with the terms and conditions of the use of the provider's services and transportation of each delivery with the valued partnered carrier which he / she chooses after such options have been accepted by him /her to transport the package(s), before concluding such service to be provided.​
  8. ​​The Client is responsible for making sure that each package must be packaged correctly  and ready for collection as required by the valued partnered carrier or transportation company to provide such service requested ,easy packaging tips have been outlined and where a client needs clarity or more information they are welcome send an e-mail to the provider to find more information regarding such terms and conditions. Client will be provided with various valued carriers or transportation company where possible for the client to choose from to provide the service requested. All queries related to the service requests should be addressed to the provider's e-mail address and the provider will get in touch with the client regarding such query.

  9. The Client must acknowledges that the valued partnered carriers or transportation company for which he/she chooses after requesting a service from the provider and be concluded may change or update their terms and conditions without notice and at any given time provided that the provider was not the one to conclude such service ,clients should comply with such terms and conditions.

    • The Client declares that all data provided to get in a relation of providing a service request to the Provider's website or telephone ,e-mail or any other communication is true and accurate and such information will be used for the purpose of the service requested. Where a client has a complaint regarding service requested such complaint will be handled by the valued partnered carrier or transportation company or the provider who ever concluded the service requested by the client ,such complaint can be resolved by the provider before escalated to the relevant agents.  

    • (a)In the case of a false information of weight/dimensions larger than the data provided(b) the valued carriers or transportation agents or the provider (c) may reject to conclude or to provide such service requested by the client and (d)the valued partnered carrier or the transportation  company or the provider (e)may withdraw from concluding or providing such service as it does not meet the requirements (f)at no compensation to the client and If the valued partnered carrier or transportation company or the provider chooses to provide such service request and accept  the transportation the Client agrees to pay the price difference, according to the new price calculated with the  determined parameters which have brought forward by the provider together with a handling fee with a minimum of R250.00 and where possible the service requested could be  rescheduled or re-arranged and extra costs shall be paid by the client.

    • Any extra costs arises as a results of client's additional requirements for the selected valued partnered carrier or the transportation company or the provider shall be paid by the Client.

    • The Client declares that the information provided is correct and comply with the terms and conditions of the provider. When a client request a service from the provider the provider will advise the client regarding delivery turn around time and the terms to conclude such service requested by the client unless if there are delays or challenges that might interrupt the conclusion of the service requested by the client within the duration time discussed, the client will be informed if such incidents via email or any other communication platform that we used/use to communicate with the client for the purpose of the service requested ,by confirming the order customer accepts that he/she understands that there might be a delay only if something unexpected happens which will cause delays in concluding the service requested, it is just a possibility hence client should be aware.

    • The Client is obliged to remove old labels, signs or other information which have been use previously for a certain services as it does not comply with terms and conditions of the provider ,the same procedure applies to point (4)(e)(f)of the provider's terms and conditions. Our delivery and collection times are varied and client should be present as per arrangement made ,unless otherwise and client will be informed if there is any changes

    • Clients are responsible to make sure that they are present during the time of collection of a package or delivery of a package as advised. Where a client requested a service and be absent on the day of the delivery or the day of collection with no arrangements or not informing the provider of other options available, the provider ,valued partnered carrier or the transportation company may withdraw from concluding the service requested with no compensation due to the client unavailability .Is client's responsibility to arrange with the provider for any changes arises. Client may request a service again or arrange a collection to the office where the package is based and all costs shall be paid by the client 

    • Where a client requested a service and false information provided through the provider's website ,telephone or e-mail or any other communication through to the provider and which leads to the valued partnered carrier or transportation company or the provider not concluding such service  due to wrong address, delays or unavailability or any other reason the same procedure will be followed on point (4)(e)(f) the Client needs to arranges the service to be executed and rescheduling needs to be followed  as a new service request client might be given options by the provider where possible and all the costs shall be paid by the client.

    • The Client is responsible to ensure proper packaging is followed and is according to the following conditions:

    • If the items are not properly packaged, they will not be covered by insurance. The Client is responsible for any damage or loss or costs caused by improper packaging

    • Each package must be packaged properly it must be ready for collection. If the quality of the packaging is not strong enough, the provider, courier agent or the transportation agent may refuse to provide or to conclude the service requested by the client as it does not comply with the terms of the provider .If client provide false information about the nature of the package such as sending items that are on prohibited items list of some of the Prohibited items have been outlined on our website www.airdeliverystore.com which may cause damage to the provider's, valued partnered carrier or transportation company ' s belongings ,property or other the provider, carrier or transportation company reserves the right to be compensated by the client of all damage caused by the package. When a client requesting a service from the provider for collection and delivery ,the client will be given an option to pay an extra fee for insurance it will be the client 's choice and proper packaging still applies

    • The contents of the consignment without leaving visible traces.

    • Proper packaging depends on the goods being transported, their physical weight, dimensions and center of gravity. In case of Package transportation , only a fully sealed parcel in a cardboard box of two (2) or more layers of cardboard may be given, corresponding to the nature and weight of the package.

    • The provider only uses the information provided by the client when requesting a service and such information is only used for that purpose and the provider will never share any client's information or misuse it ,when the client request a service from the provider he /she agrees that the provider only uses such information for the purpose of the service requested and the provider is responsible to keep the client's personal information safe where records needs to be kept for a certain time period otherwise such information will be deleted or clear if it would not be used again 

    • The provision of the personal data of persons intending to enter into a contact with the Provider is voluntary. However, their provision is conditional upon the conclusion of a contractual relationship and the fulfilment of the Provider's obligations under this contractual relationship.

    • The Client acknowledges that the personal data provided is true with the purpose to conclude the service requested.

    • The Provider is not responsible for accuracy or honesty of the information provided by the client.

    • Where a client requested a service and the bookings and confirmations have been finalized upon the receipt of the payment and customer decides to cancel or withdraw from such service request 20% penalty fee will be charged from the principal amount paid provided that the package have not been collected, client needs to inform the provider immediately and reason must be provided for such cancellation or withdrawal request and client and the provider must confirm or agree on each other regarding such request via telephone or e-mail , where the package have been collected and the client decides to withdraw or cancel such service request all costs relating to the service request shall be paid by the client which is the principal amount paid and client needs to arrange or request a service and all related costs shall be paid by the client.

    • When a client request the service from the provider he/she acknowledges to comply with the terms and conditions of the provider or the valued partnered carrier or the transportation company  for which will conclude the service requested by the client.

 Terminology

​

  1. The Provider : The owner in its name who arranges service requested by the client with its name and resources

  2. Client: A person or entity who requests services from the provider.

  3. Carrier/Courier agent/transportation agent: entity that has a relationship with the provider which provide transportation services.

  4. Recipient: A person that receives or to receive something in this regards it will be the person to receive a package or parcel or any other item as per arrangement made by the sender.

  5. Sender: A person who hands over a package or a parcel or any other item to a carrier or the provider as per arrangements made.

  6. Pick up: An act of collecting something it could be an item or other.

  7. Delivery: an act of delivering something it could be an item or parcel, handing over an item to a recipient as per arrangement made.

  8. Drop off: An act of putting something somewhere where someone can collect or take it.

  9. Weight: Mass or quantity of a matter or an object.

  10. Dimension: measurable form or shape of a particular object such as length, width and height.

  11. Parameters: A numerical or other measurable factor forming one of a set that defines a system.

  12. Quote: Giving someone the estimate price of a particular service.

  13. Provide : supply a particular service or something

  14. Conclude : To bring something to an end or finish a particular work or service requested

  15. Package/Parcel/Item : An object that has a weight

  16. Packaging : An act of wrapping an object in a box

  17. Confirming : To make a decision or agreement formally valid

  18. Booking : An act of reserving a certain service to someone or which you will provide

  19. Request ; An act of asking something or instruction to provide a particular service

  20. Prohibited : banned or forbidden

  21. Costs : Specified sum of amount or an amount of money that has to be paid

  22. Agent : A person or organization who acts on behalf of another one or a person or company that provides a particular service

  23. Principal : A sum of money

  24. Penalty fee : A punishment or charge amount imposed to a particular person or other

  25. Withdraw/Cancel : Discontinue or no longer providing or to terminate something from happening

  26. Receipt: An action of receiving something ,proof or evidence of something received

  27. Minimum : At least or smallest

  28. Complaint : A statement that something is unsatisfactory or an expression of dissatisfactory

  29. Data : An information

  30. Terms : Conditions under which an action may be undertaken or agreement reached

  31. Conditions : The manner in which things should be done or significant influence on something to determine the manner or outcome of something

  32. Entrusts: assign the responsibility for doing something.

  33. Additional Services: all other extra services outside the agreed Service.

  34. Submission of Data: contract concluded between the Client and the Provider, by which the Provider undertakes to hand over the data entered by the Client about the Consignment through the Ordering System, to the designated Own Carrier.

  35. Previous Label : Document printed for the package by the Client or other than the provider

  36. Transport: service provided by the Carrier. This means receiving, shipping and delivering the parcel or package

  37. Driver : Carrier employee

  38. Imports : foreign goods and services bought by citizens, businesses and the government of another country

  39. Exports : goods and services that are produced in one country and sold to buyers in another country

  40. Rates : A fixed price paid or charged for something or service provided
